PACT Act Documentation Requirements
Our shipping carriers require specific documentation to be considered for a shipping exemption. Pact Act compliance documents vary depending on each state. Select your state from the dropdown list below – examples of the documentation needed are provided if you are unfamiliar with them.
After uploading your documents, you must also enter the unique numbers of your business on the licenses or certificates in the field(s) provided. If your documents do not expire or show no expiration, please enter 01/01/99 as the expiration date.
If you are unable to locate or provide ALL the required documents as listed for your state, please contact your GSD Account Representative, or call our office 515-6339-0004. Incomplete submissions will be considered invalid, and your business will not be included on the exemption application until completed.
