ORDER DISPUTE

If you experience an issue with your order, please fill out our Online Order Dispute Form. A dispute is defined as an item that you purchased and received incorrectly, invalid credit card charges, shipping errors and any other issues that may pertain to your order.

HOW TO FILE A DISPUTE:

  • Fill out the Order Dispute Form;
  • Dispute will be sent directly to customersupport@gsdis.com;
  • During normal business hours (Monday – Friday 9:00A – 5:00P) our customer support team, will use the phone number provided on the form to contact you back regarding your dispute.
  • Please expect a phone call from a (515) area code or (PRIVATE) number within 1-2 hours of your submission.
  • Although we try to complete our dispute as quick as possible, it can take up to 1-2 business days to resolve disputes. During this time, the customer support team may contact you to obtain additional information if needed.

If you receive the wrong item(s) or an item is dead on arrival, a return label will be provided by Global Source Distribution. Items must be returned within 3 business days of receiving the label.
